Before you message us
What counts as a trip?
One dhathuru — a numbered voyage like 23/01 — from the day you open it to the day you close it. Trip Mode gives you 10 a month; Unlimited has no cap.
Does it work in Dhivehi?
Yes. The app has its own Thaana keyboard with your common items one tap away, and every screen reads in Dhivehi or English. Switch whenever you like.
How are credit customers handled?
Tick the items as credit, and Alaka keeps a running balance per customer. Send the bill on Viber, take payment into any wallet, and the pending amount updates on the trip.
Can the crew use it too?
Every plan includes crew accounts. Each crew member gets a PIN login on the same boat, and you can see who entered each naalu.
